Sid's Squad 2021 - Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Entry:

1. The lead promoter for this competition is Parcours Velo Ltd (“Parcours”), Astra House, The Common, Cranleigh, GU6 8RZ
2. This promotion is open to all UK residents except employees of Parcours and their immediate families
3. You must be between 14 and 25 years of age to enter the competition.  Entrants under 18 years old must have the permission of a parent or guardian
4. To enter, complete the application form at the link provided and submit an entry video
5. Entry will close at midnight on 19th March
6. Entry is restricted to one per person – multiple entries may be disqualified
7. No purchase necessary
8. Prize will comprise of a Parcours wheelset, Deboer wetsuit, Kask helmet, Hoka trainers, CREDO annual subscription, The Magic5 goggles, Oakley sunglasses, Funkita swimwear, Witsup apparel, Neuff-Red discount and access to content – sizes and specifications to be determined once a winner is chosen
9. No cash or prize alternatives are available
10. Parcours and promoting partners reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value
11. The winner of the competition will be chosen by the competition judging panel and contacted via email by 31st March. If no response is received within 14 days, we reserve the right to select a different winner
12. All entrants are expected to act fairly and in the good spirit of the competition. Parcours reserves the right to investigate any irregularities and disqualify entrants at its absolute discretion
13. Any application containing incorrect or false information will be disregarded
14. The competition judging panel’s decision as to who has won the competition will be final

16. The entry instructions are part of the Terms and Conditions for this competition
17. By entering this competition, you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will mean that your entry is not valid and you will not be allowed to enter this competition
18. By entering this competition, you are agreeing that if you win, your name and entry may be a) used for the purpose of announcing the winner and/or distributed to individuals who request details of the winner and/or b) in any related publicity by Parcours, without additional payment or permission. You are also agreeing that you will provide (upon request) up to a maximum of two interviews with Parcours for use in additional promotional campaigns along with photographs and images
19. Any personal information you give us will be used solely for this competition and will not be passed on to any other parties without your agreement
20. Under no circumstances will Parcours be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion of the competition or prize
21. Parcours will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with this competition and Parcours can cancel or alter the competition at any stage
22. Any dispute relating to the competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
